Rooted in love
Tim
Tim grew up on a farm just east of St. Joseph, Missouri. Since then farming has led him around the world and back in his work with an international humanitarian aid organization. He is excited to be able to breathe life back into his maternal grandfather’s original home place just a mile south of where he grew up. Growing cut flowers has been nothing less than a challenge but his desire to develop a palette for his wife, Lynn to create something beautiful, and watching his kids enjoy some of his favorite pastimes, keeps him going.
lynn
Lynn is the daughter of two farm kids that grew up in the country side of Ste. Genevieve, Missouri. She was born and raised in Hannibal but fondly remembers her visits to her grandparent’s farm. She is honored to be entrusted the legacy of Tim’s family’s homestead. She has always been a creative, primarily doing costume and clothing design; but working with the flowers feels like God’s way of taking her desire to create and bringing her closer to His creation.
stella
Stella is the one who made Tim and Lynn parents. She delights everyone who meets her and is one of the kindest old souls you will ever meet. She is our resident animal whisperer. She stays busy chasing kittens, reading books, creating beautiful art and loving on the family dog, Gus.
Bennett
Bennett is a climber, treasure hunter, and seems to be a budding engineer. He has a growing love for the game of soccer and fixing old motors. His big brown eyes & curly grin help to keep him out of trouble and his inquisitive questions make him smarter every day.
Josephine "Joy"
Joy is the oldest, & the third child. After a four year wait, she joined the family and in late 2015; they met her in south west Uganda. She officially came home in the spring of 2016. Basketball is her favorite sport. She loves music, shopping and cooking. She has the most infectious giggle.
Everett
Everett is the flower farm baby. He was born the year we began growing & selling so farm life is all he’s known. He loves to give hugs, chase around the farm cats and do anything Bennett does. He is always thinking and isn’t afraid to tell you what’s on his mind.
